| Taking a Videocon Prepaid Connection is very simple: | |
| 1. | Visit your nearest Videocon Showroom. It can be your Videocon Mobile Shop in Shop, 'Next' Showroom or 'Planet M' Showroom. |
| 2. | Please carry a copy of your latest Passport size color photograph, Proof of Address and a Proof of ID along with you.(click here). |
| 3. | Select a Plan that suits your requirement. Our VHelp Executive will take you through the details of the Plan.(Click here). |
| 4. | Please fill the Videocon CAF(Customer Application Form) with all the required details. |
| 5. | Paste your latest Passport size color photograph on the space provided in the CAF. |
| 6. | Please do a Self attestation of all the Documents submitted by you. |
| 7. | Your signature on the CAF should match the Signature on POA & POI . |
| 8. | If you have a PAN, then please mention the same in the space provided, else sign Form 60/61(which is a part of the CAF). |
| 9. | Please pay for the plan selected. |
| 10. | Your Videocon Number will be activated within the next 4 working hours. |
